The 20 apartments and studios have been designed to offer the greatest comfort and functionality during your stay. They are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning / heating, free wifi, full kitchen with utensils, satellite TV and bathroom with hairdryer. They are perfect for both short and long term stays. * The Standard Rooms will no longer have a fully equipped kitchen, now they will only have Office. *Please, contact the hotel by telephone or email at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange the check-in. *Stays of 6 or more nights include a general cleaning. The last day, the kitchen should be completely arranged. *Only 2 apartments per booking allowed. From 3, it is considered as a group booking with different cancellation policies. *A DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AS A GUARANTEE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE. *Reception and Key collection service from 10:30h to 18:30. From the date of: 30/04/2020 City Tax direct payment at the hotel 4.40 Euros per person and night. (VAT included). From 04/01/2023 the City Tax changes to 5.50 Euros per person and night (VAT included). These taxes apply only to people over 16 years of age at the time of check-in and with a maximum charge of 7 nights per person.
